*During periods of limited supply, we use a selection of pasture reared lambs from the iconic Hantam region in the Karoo.
This classic has a well-developed flavour and is taken from across the lamb’s shoulder. The lamb shoulder chop is meaty and boasts all the character that makes our Free Range Lamb so delicious.
