*During periods of limited supply, we use a selection of pasture reared lambs from the iconic Hantam region in the Karoo.
A speciality cut of our Master Butcher, taken from the loin, and neatly rolled. This is lamb at its best, with impressive rich and succulent taste, reflecting the diet of fynbos and flowers that our free range lamb enjoys.
