Asiago is typical and most popular cheese of the Veneto region. Semi-sweet taste resembling Grana Padano and Cheddar, combined with a nut-like flavour. Often used on a cheese platter, grated on pasta or in a cheese sauce. Semi-soft cheese, 14 weeks mature.
