The founder of Pasta Granoro, Attilio Mastromauro descends from a family that has been producing pasta for generations. The production facility is located in Corato, in Apulia, in the heart of the South of Italy, in a territory rich in history and traditions and recognized for producing the best durum wheat in Italy and the world.
Since founding Pasta Granoro in 1967, Mr Mastromauro with his more than 50 years experience and together with his daughters Marina and Daniela oversee the manufacture of all its products with passion, great care and continuous research. The result is a product of a consistently superior quality which preserves the unmistakable flavour, colour and texture of the most authentic Italian pasta.
