Bone Broth Guy produces small-batch bone broth, using free-range chicken, beef or fish bones. Our bone broth has been cooked for a minimum of 48 hours and free from MSG, is non-GMO and contains no artificial preservatives or added salt. Even our hunter-gatherer ancestors realized that drinking bone broth was like striking nutritional gold, as its earliest version dates back over 2,500 years. Throwing away anything edible was out of the question back then, so animal hooves, knuckles, bones, and other connective tissues never went to waste. Bone broth has a rich history of being used in traditional Chinese medicine as a digestive tonic, blood builder, and kidney strengthener due to the high collagen content, bioavailable minerals, anti-inflammatory amino acids, and healing compounds that can only be found in bones and connective tissue.
Ingredients: Grass fed beef marrow & joint bones (40%), vegetables (onions, leeks, celery, carrots), locally produced apple cider vinegar, star anise, ginger, cinnamon, makrut lime leaves, garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, turmeric, black pepper.
How to use: Prepare a delicious cup of broth by seasoning to taste with cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, lemon, salt, pepper, etc. Add some noodles and fresh vegetables for a yummy bowl of ramen – serve immediately or prepare a meal in a glass jar.
